Strict maximum of 4 people per room.
Motel rooms do not have any cooking facilities and cooking is not allowed inside or outside these units. Campfires are not allowed outside the motel units at any time.
There is a BBQ area in the park for our guests use.
Rooms are $98.00 per day plus Mono Co. Occupancy tax of 12%.
Motel Information
1. Motels B, C, 17, and 18 have 2 twins and 1 double. All other rooms have 2 double beds. There is a walk-in shower in each room and in-room coffee supplies. None of our units have telephones, televisions, refrigerators or air conditioning. Payphones are available for your use on the property, as cell phone service is unavailable. Cell service is accessible approximately eight miles out Twin Lakes Road, towards Bridgeport.
2. ALL of our units are NON-SMOKING. Smoking in these units will result in an additional $200.00 cleaning fee being assessed.
3. There are absolutely no pets allowed inside, outside, or around ANY of our rental units at any time. If this policy is found to have been violated in these units it will result in an additional $200.00 cleaning fee being assessed.
4. All of our motel units have a strict “maximum” of four persons per room. Anyone exceeding the maximum number of persons will be evicted with no refund of the rental cost. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Infants are counted as one person.
5. All of our rental units are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Only the name on the reservation is eligible to check in and occupy unit. Failure to comply with our policy will result in loss of entire deposit and unit being forfeited.
Deposit Policy
A full deposit is required for 1-2 night stays. For 3 or more nights’ stay, a deposit equal to 3 nights’ rental of that unit is required. Cancellations require a 21 day notice prior to arrival for refund. A $25.00 service charge will be withheld on all cancellations or changes. Failure to provide the required 3 weeks cancellation notice will result in the entire deposit being forfeited. No exceptions.
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, guests will be charged for the full number of nights previously reserved.
Check out is 10:00 AM – Check in is after 4:00 PM
There will be a $50.00 overage charge imposed each 1/2 hour that guests exceed the 10:00 am check out time.
