Fishing Report For July 2026

Upper Twin has been producing quality fish, Anglers using PowerBait, Mice Tails, and nightcrawlers fished on a light Carolina rig or sliding sinker setup have had the most success. Trolling is still on the slow side, but with water temps warming and consistent stocking, it is expected to improve. However, there has been some success on Rapalas, woolybuggers, and night crawler rigs.

Campground

Numerous non-native insects and diseases can kill large numbers of trees as they are transported long distances via firewood. Once transported to new areas, these insects and diseases become established and kill trees. In our efforts to help stop the spread of invasive pests and diseases, we are requiring that ALL guests leave their firewood at home and “buy it where you burn it.” We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
